A Call To Arms (And Hands)

Although I haven't previously used this blog to spread the word about my upcoming workshops, I've gotten several requests to that effect, so now I'm giving this shout-out to join me as I prepare for 6 weeks of traveling and teaching in the US and Australia. If you've ever had the desire to work with found materials, or simply learn a few low-tech metal techniques, meet me at one of my stops, feed your brain and bone up on your hand skills. There are still a few spaces available at most venues, so go for it.

I hope to see you there!

  4. I wish you would come back to Baltimore, MD. I am so close to Baltimore, and would love train my brain. When is the video going to be completed? I have "Within and Without" and can't wait for the new one. It would be awesome to have some what of a photo gallery slide show, of your pieces that are no longer able to be viewed through your web site.

  5. Unfortunately, no plans in the near future for Baltimore, Steven. Concerning the video - I really don't have a hard date for release - I'm busily at work on the computer assembling it as we speak. Part of the work entails hi-res scanning and cleaning up over 250 images for use in the film in different aspects - a gargantuan job. My February deadline is, well, just that. Dead. But I'll be plugging away at it until it's ready. I hope to have it completed by mid-year. Watch here for updates!
